PT401-6 is a course code for bachelor's programs.
PT501-6 is the course code for the Master's program.
Ministry Formation is a required course.It is registered for 0.5 credits per semester.
You can enroll in PT401 or PT501 the first time, PT402 or PT502 the second time, and so on.(If you have already changed the order of code numbers or registered overlapping, there will be no problem in completing the course.).Each degree has a different total number of credits you need to complete.
Before you enroll, check the total number of credits required in the Degree Plan for each degree so that you can plan to complete the required credits by graduation.</div>

(A <strong>$100 late fee</strong> will be charged for registration after this date.)</li>
 	<li><strong>Tuition Payment Period:</strong> January 12 – January 23, 6:00 PM
(A <strong>$100 late fee</strong> will be charged for late payments.)</li>

<h3><span style="color:#0000ff;">2. Independent Study Application</span></h3>
If you are planning to graduate within one year and the required course(s) you need are <strong>not offered in the Spring Semester</strong>, you may apply for <strong>Independent Study</strong> during the winter break.

We would like to provide important information regarding the graduation application for those preparing for graduation in the <strong>Fall 2025 semester</strong>.

Please review the following carefully and make sure to submit all required documents by the deadline to ensure smooth processing of your graduation.

 	<li><strong>Graduation Application Deadline and Procedure</strong></li>
</ol>
1)   <strong>Graduation Application Deadline:</strong> October 31, 2025

2)   <strong>Commencement Ceremony:</strong> June 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM (further details will be announced via email)

<strong><em>Students applying for graduation must have their graduation requirements and credits reviewed by the Registrar’s Office. </em></strong>

<strong><em>(Except for those who have already completed the review.)</em></strong>

 	<li><strong>Required Documents (Submit by October 31, 2025)</strong></li>
</ol>
Please complete the following three documents and send them to <strong><a href="mailto:registrar@gm.edu">registrar@gm.edu</a></strong>.

1)   <strong>Graduation Application Form</strong>

 	<li>Fill out your personal information, sign, and date the form.</li>
 	<li>After submission, the graduation fee can be paid through Populi.</li>
 	<li>The payment deadline is <strong>October 31, 2025</strong>.</li>
</ul>
2)   <strong>Graduation Statement of Faith</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>Read the statement carefully and sign if you agree.</li>
 	<li>Submit only the signed page and keep the remaining pages for your records.</li>
</ul>
3)   <strong>Graduation Vision Statement</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>Write your vision and goals in one page or less.</li>
</ul>
<strong>4)</strong>   <strong>Graduation Checklist (Submit by October 31, 2025)</strong>

 	<li>The Graduation Checklist must be submitted by October 31, 2025, to <strong><a href="mailto:registrar@gm.edu">registrar@gm.edu</a></strong>.</li>

 	<li><strong>100% 환불 마감일: 9월 7일(일요일)</strong>
→ 9월 7일 <strong>미국 퍼시픽 타임(PT) 자정까지</strong> 이메일로 수강 취소 요청이 접수된 경우에 한해 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
→ 이 날짜까지 과목을 취소해야 전액 환불이 가능합니다.</li>
 	<li><strong>Add/Drop 기간:</strong> 9월 14일까지
→ 이 기간 내 과목 변경이나 취소는 가능하지만, 환불은 전액이 아니며 학교 환불 규정에 따라 부분 환불만 받을 수 있습니다.</li>

따라서, 전액 환불을 원하시는 분들은 반드시 <strong>9월 7일까지 수강 취소</strong>를 하셔야 합니다.

→ A full refund will be granted <strong>only if the course cancellation request is received by email no later than 11:59 PM (Pacific Time, PT) on September 7.</strong>
→ Courses must be canceled by this date in order to receive a full refund.</li>
 	<li><strong>Add/Drop Period: until September 14</strong>
→ Course changes or cancellations are possible until this date, but refunds will not be full and will follow the school’s Refund Policy.</li>
</ul>
Therefore, if you wish to receive a full refund, you must cancel your course(s) by <strong>September 7</strong>.
Please review the attached Refund Policy for details.

Dear GMU Students,

Please be informed that distance learning class videos are usually uploaded within two weeks. After the Add/Drop period closes this week, the number of distance learning students enrolled in each course will be finalized, and then the videos will be uploaded accordingly.
<ul>
 	<li>If there are <strong>4 or more distance learning students</strong> in a course, the recordings from this semester will be uploaded.</li>
 	<li>If there are <strong>3 or fewer students</strong>, previous recordings from past semesters will be provided.</li>
</ul>
