다음 세 가지 서류를 작성하여 registrar@gm.edu로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1)    졸업신청서

  • 신청서에 본인 정보를 기입한 후 서명과 날짜를 작성합니다.
  • 신청서 제출 후, 졸업비는 POPULI에서 납부하실 수 있으며, 납부 기한은 3월31일까지입니다. 재정부로 문의바랍니다 (finance@gm.edu )
  • 졸업비는
  • 학.석사 : $450 (참석 시), $370 (불참 시),
  • 박사 : $550 (참석 시), $450 (불참 시)
  • 참석과 불참석을 반드시 알려주셔야 합니다. (금액이 달라지므로)

2)   졸업 신앙 서약서

  • 성명서를 읽고 동의하는 경우 서명합니다.
  • 서명한 페이지만 제출하며, 나머지 내용은 본인이 보관합니다.

3)   졸업 비전 선언문

  • 자신의 비전과 목표를 정리하여 1페이지 이내로 작성합니다.

4)   졸업사정 점검표 제출 (3월 31일까지 제출)

  • 졸업사정 점검표는 3월 31일까지 registrar@gm.edu로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 각 항목을 확인한 후, 완료된 경우 해당 항목 옆 공란에 "OK"를 기입해 주세요.

1. Graduation Application Deadline and Procedure
  1. Application Deadline: March 31, 2026
  2. Graduation Ceremony: June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (Further details will be announced later by email.)

All students applying for graduation must have their graduation requirements and completed credits reviewed by the Registrar’s Office. (This does not apply to students who have already completed the graduation check.)

2. Required Documents (Submit by March 31)

Please complete and submit the following documents to registrar@gm.edu by March 31, 2026.

  1. Graduation Application Form
    • Fill in your personal information, sign, and date the form.
    • After submitting the application form, the graduation fee must be paid through Populi by March 31.
    • Graduation Fees: • Bachelor’s & Master’s: $450 (if attending), $370 (if not attending) • Doctoral: $550 (if attending), $450 (if not attending)
    • Please indicate clearly whether you will attend the ceremony, as the fee differs.
  2. Graduation Faith Statement
    • Read the statement carefully and sign if you agree.
    • Submit only the signed page; keep the remaining pages for your own record.
  3. Graduation Vision Statement
    • Write your personal vision and goals in one page or less. Graduation Exit survey
      4. Graduation Evaluation Checklist(Submit by March 31)
    • Submit your completed checklist to registrar@gm.edu by March 31.
    • Review each item carefully, and mark “OK” next to the items you have completed.
    • For I-20 students, please consult with the DSO (Designated School Official) and obtain the DSO’s signature.

현재 Populi에서 등록하실 때, 수업 전달 방식을 선택하는 기능이 제공되지 않습니다. 등록할 때 모두가 Main Campus 를 선택하면 됩니다.모든 학생은(i-20학생 제외) 3가지 방식 참여 가능합니다. i-20 학생은 대면수업 참석입니다.(1 과목만 Distance 혹은 Zoom 가능; 강의 스케줄에서 Online Only 과목을 신청할 경우 1과목에 해당됩니다.)
i-20 학생이  Distance 혹은 Zoom 으로 1과목을 신청할 경우 과목을 등록하신 후에 반드시 registrar@gm.edu 로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
***i-20학생 1과목을 Distance 혹은 Zoom 신청하는 방법
1) Populi에 등록한 후에
2) 본인이름 3) 과목 번호와 이름 4) Distance 혹은 Zoom 임을 표기하여 5) registrar@gm.edu로 알려주세요.
Distance 혹은 Zoom 으로 한번 신청하면 변경할 수 없습니다.
Distance 혹은 Zoom 신청해도 학생은 볼 수 없습니다. 교수님만 보입니다.
***Distance로 신청하는 방법 (모든 통신학생은 등록하신 후에 아래와 같이 distance 신청을 해주셔야 합니다.) 1) Populi에 등록한 후에

3. PT401-6/ PT501-6 Ministry Formation (사역실습)
PT401-6 은 학사과정의 과목 코드입니다.
PT501-6 은 석사과정의 과목 코드입니다.
Minsistry Formation 과목은 필수과목입니다.
학기당 0.5학점으로 등록됩니다.
첫번째 등록하실 때는 PT401 혹은 PT501, 두 번째는 PT402 혹은 PT502, 순서로 등록하실 수 있습니다.(이미 코드 번호의 순서가 바뀌거나 겹쳐서 등록했을 경우, 과목을 이수하는데는 문제가 없습니다.)
각 학위 별로 총 이수해야 하는 학점이 다릅니다.
등록하시기 전에 각 학위별 Degree Plan에서 필요한 총 학점을 확인하셔서, 졸업까지 필수학점을 마칠 수 있도록 계획하시기 바랍니다.

Populi Regular Registration: December 22 – January 9 Late Registration (Fee $100): January 9 (6:00 PM) – January 30 (6:00 PM) When submitting your course registration by email to registrar@gm.edu, please include the following information:
  1. Your full name
  2. The course number and title you wish to register for
  3. Whether you are registering for Distance or Zoom (please specify for each course)
Course changes can only be made during the regular registration and Add/Drop periods.
  • Regular Registration: You can make changes directly in Populi (Dec 22 – Jan 9)
  • Add/Drop Period: Changes are available only after submitting a form, with a $20 fee per course (Feb 2 – Feb 13)
Please make sure to read the important registration information carefully before registering. The 2026 Spring Lecture Schedule and Academic Calendar are attached below. (Please review carefully, as some updates have been made.)

Courses are divided into 5 language areas: KOR, ENG, CHI, IND, and SPA. You need to carefully check your language region and choose a course.(Refer to the picture below.)

2. 3 class delivery methods
1) Main Campus (Face-to-face class) 2) Zoom (Zoom live class) 3) Distance (Recorded Classes, Recorded class updates take about 2 weeks, please contact media@gm.edu)
At this time, when you enroll in POPULI, you do not have the ability to choose your class delivery method. When you enroll, everyone chooses Main Campus.All students(except i-20 students) can participate in 3 ways.
i-20 students are required to attend face-to-face classes(Distance or Zoom is possible for only 1 course; If you sign up for an Online Only course in your lecture schedule, it counts as 1 course.).
If an I-20 student is enrolling in one course by Distance or Zoom, they must notify registrar@gm.edu after registering for the course.
***How to apply for Distance or Zoom for 1 course for I-20 students

2) Your name 3) Course number and name 4) Indicate that it is distance or Zoom
5) Please let us know at registrar@gm.edu.
If you apply for distance or zoom, you cannot change.

If you apply for distance, you cannot change to another class method. After the student requests the distance, the student is not visible even though the distance is displayed in the academic affairs department. Only the professor can see it. When a student who has applied for distance wants to attend face-to-face or zoom, the student must get approval from the professor in charge.
3. PT401-6/ PT501-6 Ministry Formation PT401-6 is a course code for bachelor's programs. PT501-6 is the course code for the Master's program. Ministry Formation is a required course.It is registered for 0.5 credits per semester. You can enroll in PT401 or PT501 the first time, PT402 or PT502 the second time, and so on.(If you have already changed the order of code numbers or registered overlapping, there will be no problem in completing the course.).Each degree has a different total number of credits you need to complete. Before you enroll, check the total number of credits required in the Degree Plan for each degree so that you can plan to complete the required credits by graduation.

Please review the 2026 Spring Academic schedule carefully.
  • Course Registration Period: December 22 – January 9, 6:00 PM (A $100 late fee will be charged for registration after this date.)
  • Tuition Payment Period: January 12 – January 23, 6:00 PM (A $100 late fee will be charged for late payments.)

2. Independent Study Application

If you are planning to graduate within one year and the required course(s) you need are not offered in the Spring Semester, you may apply for Independent Study during the winter break.
  • Application Period: December 15 – December 26
