졸업관련 추가 안내 : Additional Graduation Announcement

안녕하세요, 졸업과 관련하여 다시 한번 안내드립니다.

1. 졸업 신청서 제출 현재 졸업 신청서를 접수하고 있습니다.
   졸업 대상자께서는 신청서를 제출해 주시면 학장님께서 졸업 이수 학점을 점검하신 후, 졸업 여부가 확정됩니다.
   아직 신청서를 제출하지 않으신 분들께서는 빠른 시일 내에 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. • 졸업 사정 점검표 제출
     • 각 항목을 확인하신 후, 완료된 경우 해당 질문 옆에 ‘OK’를 표시해 주시기 바랍니다.
   • I-20 학생 서명 필수 안내
     • I-20 학생의 경우, 반드시 ISO 담당자인 권한준 교수님과 상의 후 서명을 받아야 합니다.

1. 졸업식 참석 여부 확인 졸업식은6월 2일(월) 저녁 7시, 은혜한인교회 비전센터 본당에서 진행됩니다.
   졸업식 참석 여부와 함께, 참석하시는 경우 동반 인원(예: 본인 포함 4명)을 알려주시면 식사 준비에 참고하도록 하겠습니다.

2. 졸업비 안내
   • 졸업식 참석자:$450
   • 졸업식 불참자:$370
     졸업식 참석 여부에 따라 해당 금액이 청구될 예정입니다.

위 모든 사항은 3월 28일까지 제출해 주시길 부탁드립니다.

Dear Students,

We would like to provide a final reminder regarding graduation.

1. Graduation Application Submission We are currently accepting graduation applications.
   Once submitted, the deans will review your graduation credits to confirm your eligibility for graduation.
   If you have not yet submitted your application, please do so as soon as possible.

1. 1. Graduation Requirement Checklist Submission
      1. Please review each item on the checklist and mark ‘OK’ next to the completed sections.
   2. Mandatory Signature for I-20 Students
      1. If you are an I-20 student, you must consult with Professor Hanjoon Kwon (ISO Officer) and obtain his signature.

1. Graduation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation The graduation ceremony will take place on Monday, June 2nd, at 7:00 PM at Grace Korean Church Vision Center Main Sanctuary.
   If you plan to attend, please inform us of the number of attendees, including yourself (e.g., "Total of 4 people including myself"), so we can prepare accordingly for the meal.
   Kindly send your attendance confirmation to [email protected].
2. Graduation Fees
   • For those attending the ceremony:$450
   • For those not attending the ceremony:$370
     The appropriate amount will be charged based on your attendance.

All submissions and confirmations must be completed by March 28th.
