지난 학기 성적 확인 및 이의 신청 안내: Grade Report Notice & Grade Appeal Deadline

사랑하는 GMU 재학생 여러분께,

한 학기를 잘 마치고 곧 다가오는 2025년 가을 학기를 준비하는 시점입니다.
이와 관련하여 여러분의 2025년 봄 학기 성적이 현재 Populi 에서 확인 가능하오니, 빠른 시일 내에 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

우리 학교의 학사 규정에 따라

• 학부(BA) 과정 학생은 평균 평점(GPA) 2.0 이상,
• 대학원(MA) 과정 학생은 평균 평점(GPA) 3.0 이상을 유지해야 합니다.
  또한, **F 학점을 받은 과목은 반드시 메이크업(재이수 또는 보완학습)**을 해야 하며, 이에 대한 안내는 개별적으로 공지될 예정입니다.

성적에 대해 이의가 있는 경우, 아래와 같은 절차에 따라 이의 신청을 해주시기 바랍니다.

• 이의 신청 마감일: 2025년 **8월 13일(수)**까지
• 이의 신청 방법: 이메일로 교무과(Registrar's Office)로 신청

Dear GMU Students,

We hope you had a fruitful spring semester and are preparing well for the upcoming Fall 2025 semester.
Your Spring 2025 grades are now available on the student portal, and we kindly ask that you check them as soon as possible.

According to GMU academic policies:

• Undergraduate (BA) students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0,
• Graduate (MA) students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  Also, any course with a grade of “F” must be made up through retaking the course or completing an academic supplement. Further instructions will be provided individually as needed.

If you have any concerns or objections regarding your grades, you may submit a grade appeal to the Registrar’s Office:

• Grade Appeal Deadline: Wednesday, August 13, 2025
